Hello, we have an error:

while connecting the agent to the protect cloud.

Please check also C:\ProgramData\ESET\RemoteAdministrator\Agent\EraAgentApplicationData\Logs\status.html for possible errors. If the cause of the error is not obvious, raise a support ticket and supply it along with trace.log for perusal.
