sreillyForum 0
I'm trying to identify all computers that are listed on my license. Some of the older ones are sitting on closet shelves not to be used so they can be taken off my list but I need to verify. I have 12 computers and an iPad (think that's using ESET) and 4 are only used the network for old astronomy data transfer but are connected to the internet for Windows updates so should likely be covered. I may need to update the license but want to be sure so trying to verify all the systems before continuing. The names via the license may not reflect the computer name for reasons I'm unsure. What is the easiest way to confirm? Can I use IP addresses?
Administrators Marcos 5,157 Posted Saturday at 12:32 AM Administrators Share Posted Saturday at 12:32 AM You can identify devices by the icon, the device name and the installed ESET product : It should be ok to deactivate (remove) devices that have not connected to ESET HOME for a longer time and so free up the unit from your subscription:
sreillyForum 0
If needed can a subscription be added to? Some of these computer are hard to identify. I would have though it easier but the naming seems shorts of what the actual computer names are....my subscription expires in 2026.
