MSP Licenses upgraded to PROTECT Cloud- however want to continue using On-prem

Hi Team,

Question, if an MSP wishes to upgrade their licenses from say ESET PROTECT Entry On-prem to ESET PROTECT Entry, however continue to use the On-Prem PROTECT console for now, once they upgrade the lic in ema, will they need to create new installers for the clients or will the license simply be upgraded and they can continue to use existing installers with the same lic?

You can upgrade the license in the MSP portal, there is no need for reactivation/redeployment of the license.

we did the same for our customers for the same reason.

Brilliant thanks @D. Höfer | hcsystem- I can confirm i have run this now on thousands of EPs without the need to update any installers etc. Upgraded from Entry On-Prem to Entry.
