  1. We're running into the same issue, but we cant disable the policies on "all" to generate the installer, beause we push many standard firewall rules etc. to our customer maschines. disabling them would cause massive problems for us. any ETA on a fix?
  2. Thank you very much, i overlooked this pretty sure this thread will help others in the future
  3. omg, yes that was it! thank you very much do you know if this anywhere documented?
  4. Good morning, im facing an issue after successfully migrating CentOS to Rocky. despide activating remote management on the appliance (webmin is working), i just cant login via SSH as root. i always get an "access denied" error. the password im using is correct. i already tried to change it via webmin, but still get an access denied/permission denied. i tried different maschines and different SSH applications. did i miss something? do i have to enable anything else before being able to SSH into the new ESET Protect server?
  5. You can upgrade the license in the MSP portal, there is no need for reactivation/redeployment of the license. we did the same for our customers for the same reason.
  6. Hello Marcos, thx for the clarification. do you have any idea how to achieve the above described outcome?
  7. Hello everyone, im trying to solve following problem: we would like to plan weekly reboots for servers based on their installed server role (windows server). we need to start the servers on different times, based on their respective server roles. if we would reboot all server at the same time or timeperiod it could happen that no domain controller in the network is reachable and the windows server will place itself in the public network profile. for this purpose we assigned a custom tag "Domain Controller" to each domain controller in ESET Protect. If we're going to plan reboots, we filter with this tag manually. i'd like to make this more automatic without human interactions with a dynamic group and assigned task. but i couldnt find a way to create a dynamic group template to sort out, if a server is a domain controller or shares a specific tag. any idea how to solve that? a static group is no option, because we manage multiple customer tenants in our ESET Protect Server. kind regards Dominic
