Certificate Error After Changing IP to FQDN in Inspect Agent Policy

I've set up my Inspect agents with the IP address of my server. Recently, I changed the IP to an FQDN in the agent policy, and now all my clients are giving a certificate error. When I revert to the IP, everything goes back to normal. How can I fix this?
PS: nslookup from EDR server and clients return the correct IP
