Lockbits 10 Posted May 22 Share Posted May 22 Hi guys, We've a customer that since we upgraded their connectors to 2.1 version, they crash and no data is sent to EI server. They're using On-Prem version. We can't uninstall EI 2.1 in order to downgrade to 2.0 because the uninstallation fails both; locally and using EP. Attached are the logs from EI and MSI uninstallation log. In all machines and servers updated to 2.1 it's happening the same issue.
