Customer without Inspect since 2.1 version due to crashes

Hi guys,

We've a customer that since we upgraded their connectors to 2.1 version, they crash and no data is sent to EI server.

They're using On-Prem version.

We can't uninstall EI 2.1 in order to downgrade to 2.0 because the uninstallation fails both; locally and using EP.

Attached are the logs from EI and MSI uninstallation log. In all machines and servers updated to 2.1 it's happening the same issue. PCs with 2.0 version works flawlessly.
