Filtered website blocked hxxp://x2.c.lencr.org - IP 23.39.185.73

We're seeing this blocked website warning pop up on computers within our network. Just began happening a little while ago. 

Running ESET endpoint 11.0.2044.0

Ran a system scan, which came up clean. Malwarebytes also came up clean. 

Something of note: I got a blocked notification a total of 3 times on my machine and the 3rd one, my browser was closed.
