ERROR SSL while starting Eset VPN on my computer

Hi everybody.  have this problem while trying to utilise the ESET VPN service. I have the security ultimate version, and I installed the VPN, but when I enter the code sent by email, this error appear and dosen not allow me to use the VPN:

"We have found that SSL requests can be intercepted on your network. This may be due to a firewall configured on your computer or your network administrator blocking ESET VPN. Ignore SSL errors?"

How can I solve it?  (I have Windows 10 Home installed).
