Hi!

We hace a incident with one of thr previous versions of EEA which for example we have a product with version 9.1.2060 which requires to be updated to version 9.1.2063 and at the time of restarting to install updates Windows 7 computers block this version of the antimalware preventing its execution completely. The specific operating system of one of the computers that have the problem is Windows 7 pro SP1. 

We already know that Windows 7 is  obsolete and that we need to past to the newest versions, but is there a way to block the antimalware from updating?
