We have encountered a problem related to the Xtrac application used by our payments team. When attempting to download reports from Xtrac, ESET is blocking the process.

As the ability to download these reports is crucial for our operations, we kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as it directly impacts our workflow. Please let us know the steps we can take to rectify this situation.

Disabling which of the protection modules make a difference?

Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Reproduce the issue
  3. Stop logging
  4. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here (only the ESET staff can access attachments). If the archive is too big to upload here, upload it to a file sharing service and drop me a private message with a download link.
