Hean Tee 0 Posted March 19 Share Posted March 19 Hi, I have configured Device Control Report and Dashboard based on https://support.eset.com/en/kb7837-add-and-modify-device-control-rules-and-create-a-device-control-report-in-eset-protect Also configure Minimum logging verbosity = Warnings and Enable Device control advanced logging Please refer to the screenshot below. Administrators Marcos 5,074 Posted March 19 Administrators Share Posted March 19 Device control should not be enabled unless requested by technical support when troubleshooting issues. It is enough that you set the Warning logging severity for the desired rule(s) to get them reported to the ESET PROTECT server. If a device was blocked and there's an appropriate record in the Device Control log, you should get it also in ESET PROTECT reports.
