Device Control Report and Dashboard

I have configured Device Control Report and Dashboard based on https://support.eset.com/en/kb7837-add-and-modify-device-control-rules-and-create-a-device-control-report-in-eset-protect

Also configure Minimum logging verbosity = Warnings and Enable Device control advanced logging

Please refer to the screenshot below.


However seems like the report is not working and there's no logs collected from the client.

Could you please advice?

Logging severity = Warning.

But somehow still not getting anything in the report /dashboard.


Is there something else that I should configure?

Device control should not be enabled unless requested by technical support when troubleshooting issues. It is enough that you set the Warning logging severity for the desired rule(s) to get them reported to the ESET PROTECT server.

If a device was blocked and there's an appropriate record in the Device Control log, you should get it also in ESET PROTECT reports. I've created one and the record was there:


If you cannot get it work, I'd recommend raising a support ticket.
