Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Start logging with Procmon
  3. Launch the browser and reproduce the issue
  4. Stop logging
  5. Save the Procmon log unfiltered in the PML format and compress it
  6. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here along with the Procmon log.

You have Kaspersky installed which injects its dll into browsers. Please uninstall it and check if the issue is gone.
