Has anyone seen this alert? "ESET INSPECT uses this file to detect ransomware attacks. Please do not modify or remove it. For more information, visit go,eset,com/canary"

Assumed here is these are "bait" files which are commonly used in anti-ransomware apps to detect ransomware encryption activities.
