ESET endpoint security is detecting ESET liveguard as a PUP

Interesting thing I have discovered. I was setting up scheduled scans in the ESET Endpoint Manager dashboard, and after the first round noticed that the scan was detecting ESET liveguard as a potentially unwanted program. This made me raise an eyebrow and am wondering why this part of ESET is being detected?
