Hi I can see this is a common problem - I have just purchased a new licennse but my verification email is not appearing - I assume I have a typo in my email for the verification email.

 

Is there anyway to correct this or do I need support to do it?

I was unable to find any license registered with your forum email address. Please provide your public license ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.

The license email (mxxe.hxxxxxy@btinternet.com) and ESET HOME email (m.g.hxxxxxy@btinternet.com) do not match. Is it intentional? A verification email was sent to your license email address.
