Abdou14 0 Posted January 22 Share Posted January 22 hello, We have ESET protect server solution in our company and recently the majority of our clients can't update modules and all of them have the same alert message which says that Module update has failed ESET update servers cannot be reached. Administrators Marcos 5,249 Posted January 22 Administrators Share Posted January 22 Please carry on as follows: Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support Reproduce the issue Stop logging Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here (only the ESET staff can access attachments). EpfwLog.pcapng has grown to 1,17 GB and therefore could not be collected by ELC. 1, Please clear the content of the C:\ProgramData\ESET\ESET Security\Diagnostics folder. 2, Then enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support. 3, Run update and reproduce the issue with update servers being unreachable. 4, Stop logging 5, Collect logs with ESET Log Collector.
