I am not receiving the verification email !!

I have recently bought an ESET internet security, As per the instructions, I tried to download the software from the website of ESET. But there were some steps like opening an ESET Home with email and my name and phone number. I completed all the steps and inserted the activation code at the ESET Home. Everything went well and it says the subscription is active. When I click the protect device button it says "No subscription available to activate protection". When I open the show all subscriptions, at the top it is written waiting for verification, I tried to resend many times but it did not work. No emails were sent to my Gmail address but when I set up two-factor authentication I got the mail of it. So where is the problem? Can you please help me or else I cannot download the software on my PC.

It appears that you have attempted to add a misused Afghan license in your ESET HOME account.

Please purchase a license from an authorized ESET distributor or reseller.

The license with the public license ID 3AN-7AJ-5J3 expired last year.

I am trying to register Eset Internet Security key as usual, but this time it shows "There was an error registering your activation key. Please contact support."

There are quite many licenses registered with your forum email address. Please contact your local ESET distributor or reseller.

There was a typo in your license email address which has been fixed by your local ESET distributor today. Please try to add the subscription to your ESET HOME account again.
