It will not allow the control center to go through either, including mobile support which is vital for us. Is Geovision blacklisted? Coley 0 Posted December 20, 2023 Author Share Posted December 20, 2023 Hi Marcos, Not sure, but I do know that geovision services as well as basic windows services and TeamViewer are being blocked specifically over network traffic by ESET across multiple systems. In automatic mode, all outbound communication is allowed and all non-initiated inbound communication blocked. You can unblock it / create the appropriate rules via the firewall troubleshooting wizard by clicking "Unblock" next to the server applications. Coley 0 Posted December 20, 2023 Author Share Posted December 20, 2023 Hi Marcos, Ok, we were able to figure that out thus far, just wanted confirmation on it. As well, it seems to be blocking files during the installation as we have a few clients with a similar issue where it seems as though control center (which is what geovision uses for mobile connections) was deleted on install by ESET which means we are left with the same issue as previous. If a file has been cleaned, the file should be quarantined and appear there if you open it. Would you please provide instructions how to reproduce the issue with files being deleted during installation allegedly by ESET without being recorded to logs?
