Outlook crashes and slows down

Hi,

There are several tickets raised to my IT department, about Outlook. It slowed down, mails opens after a minute, when trying opening attachments program crushes and do not open pointed attachments. 

We tried reinstalling, different versions etc.

Only deactivating scanning in real-time works well.
