ESET Server Security 10.0.12014.0: "Product is installed but it is not running"

Good morning,

 

we are experiencing random Alarms "Product is installed but it is not running" on our W2k16 Servers running ESET Server Security 10.0.12014.0 for about two weeks now. The alarm may or may not disappear after an unregular amount of time.

Checking the Event Log on the machines shows an Application Error ID 1000 for "C:\Program Files\ESET\ESET Security\Modules\em039_64\2102\em039_64.dll"  Version: 0.0.2102.0

 

Is this a known issue and what can be done to resolve the problem?

Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector from the server.

@Marcos This topic can be locked. After the latest update of the config module the issue did not reappear.
