ESET Blocking URL message Popping up

Hello, 

 

1. Currently keep getting a message showing  a URL has been blocked in the bottom right of my screen. Keeps showing every minute or so. I have also ran a scan and cleared up files. Still it continues to pop up any thing of concern here?  or clarity why this is persistent.

This is the alert, have been watching Netflix's for the last hour or two and this keeps coming up

This URL has 0 detection's at VirusTotal.

We need @Marcos to verify if the detection is a false positive.

Might be ad-related according to https://raw.githubusercontent.com/badmojr/1Hosts/master/Xtra/adblock.txt.

Do you get the alert even if no browser is running? Please provide logs collected with ESET Log Collector as requested above.
