This is the alert, have been watching Netflix's for the last hour or two and this keeps coming up

Hello, Currently keep getting a message showing a URL has been blocked in the bottom right of my screen. Keeps showing every minute or so. I have also ran a scan and cleared up files. Still it continues to pop up any thing of concern here? or clarity why this is persistent. Thank you for any assurance
