I upgraded to Premium so as to get Password Manager.  I have attempted installation several times. Password Manager appears as an extension on my Mozella toolbar. When I try to register for my new Password Manager account, I get an error message as soon as I finish typing my email. This is very frustrating. Please help.

Did you first go here to add a new password vault? After that you can register a new account in the browser extension.

 

You can also find this option in Eset Home at the left top the hamburger menu.

Does the problem still persist? What error did you get? If possible, please post a screenshot of it.
