WhatEv 0
We have Redhat 7, 8, 9, ESET Protect Cloud - I see this issue all over the net, and I see this issue in this Forum as well, and threads close with "please upload logs" etc. Is ESET still not able to identify the problem and post the fix? After all these years it seems unacceptable.
Administrators Marcos 4,935 Posted October 11 Administrators Share Posted October 11 If the error occurs with the latest version of ESET Server Security for Linux v10.0.328.0 installed, please raise a support ticket and provide logs collected as per the instructions at https://help.eset.com/essl/10.0/en-US/?collect_logs.html. Forum topics are closed automatically if here is no activity within the last month. It is likely that it's because those users followed the instructions and raised a support ticket.
