After update macOS Endpoint to 6.11.616.0 no Connection to Protect Cloud

Hello dear ESET team,

Yesterday, I updated the Endpoint Security Client to version 6.11.616.0 on our systems. Since then, the agents no longer connect to the cloud, and I can't see any status information about the clients. The update of the management and endpoint agent itself went smoothly. Do you have any tips on what might be causing this issue? We've already gone through the firewall ports, and they are all open. My client connected once today, but that was it. Currently, I'm the only user who has also upgraded to macOS 14 Sonoma.

Best regards, Kevin Ott

Upgrading or uninstalling Endpoint does not have any effect on the management agent and it should normally replicate to the ESET PROTECT server regardless of Endpoint. Please raise a support ticket for further investigation of the issue.
