Hi, not sure if eset is able to view client web control log files via the cloud backend. Does anyone have similar needs?

Hi i browsed the entire policies in eset, I don't see any option to allow the end user to notify an administrator to request for a URL unblock. Previously while I am using Kaspersky, it do have such an option that the end user URL being blocked can notify the administrator to unblock it.

Hi Marcus thank you for the prompt reply with your solution, followed your setting to allow it in the web control and tested it works! What I did is block all categories and only whitelisted URLs that users can access.

Hi, I am facing a bad gateway error when trying to log in to the eset cloud. But Eset business is able to log in. not sure if it's affecting everybody as per my check eset operation status is operational with no issue.
