  1. Hello dear ESET team, Yesterday, I updated the Endpoint Security Client to version 6.11.616.0 on our systems. Since then, the agents no longer connect to the cloud, and I can't see any status information about the clients. The update of the management and endpoint agent itself went smoothly. Do you have any tips on what might be causing this issue? We've already gone through the firewall ports, and they are all open. My client connected once today, but that was it. Currently, I'm the only user who has also upgraded to macOS 14 Sonoma. Best regards, Kevin Ott
  2. Hello everyone, at our company we are deploying PoP OS 22.04 on several devices. Unfortunately, we are unable to install the current version 10.0.3.0 on it. During installation, we're encountering the following error message: "Error: Cannot connect to Confd: No such device or address." Unfortunately, we haven't been able to resolve this issue, and I've already searched through the forum for solutions. Now the question is, will PoP OS be supported in the near future? After all, it's essentially an Ubuntu fork! Or is there any approach to resolving this error? Thank you in advance for your feedback Kind regards, Kevin
