If you have an ESET product installed, you can open the support page via Help and support -> Technical support in gui.

Click Home / Business support and then the last option until you get to a screen allowing for raising a ticket.

That appears to be a solution. However, it seems that rather than trying to minimise contact which is acceptable, you are trying to avoid contact. You can argue against that all you like but it is what it is.  It is almost impossible to comprehend how to actually contact a support person without prior knowledge.

And in any case, the form is still headed 'Feedback/Other' which does not give confidence that it is a support request.
