agents (but not all of them) with same configuration (installed from same installer) does not connect to ESET protect.

On the trace.log I see:

Also I attach my status.html

Any suggestions.

Thanks

Please generate a live agent installer in ESET PROTECT and re-deploy it to clients.

Unfortunately these clients is not registered on ESET PROTECT. This is migration issue. I need to connect all clients with old server certificates and re-deploy all from a new server.

But some clients is connecting and registering.

Re-deploying the agent will make the client connect to ESET PROTECT.

Re-deploying does not help. Maybe it's OS problem.

With 10.1 agent it's seems to work. I tried 9.1 previously without success. Thanks
