ESET mobile Security suddenly off anti phishing

I want to know how to solve the problem of ESET Mobile Security suddenly anti phishing OFF. When this incident happen, I have to turn it ON manually in android setting. This issue arose when I changed the new handphone to the Samsung A73 model and it had no problem with the previous handphone Huawei Nova 4 which it has been used for 2 years. Seeking for your assistance and expertise here to resolve the issue.  Thanks
