...with Win 7x32 starter edition (2GB RAM)  which version of NOD32 should I install and from where can I download it?

Eset supports Win 7 with the following requirements;

Verify you have installed Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) with latest Windows updates (at least KB4474419 and KB4490628).Win 7x32 starter edition

You will first have to verify that the noted KB's can be installed on Win 7x32 starter edition.
