Trying to activate Parental Control app on my kid's new phone, but getting Activation error 2051501a .

The app still works on old device.

Any suggestions?

Do you have a license for ESET Parental Control or you use the freemium version? I was able to find only freemium licenses registered with your forum email address. If you have purchased a license, please provide your public license ID in the form of XXX-XXX-XXX.

I have a license. Like I said, it works on other devices, but I can't use it on a new mobile phone.

It should work only if you are from Sri Lanka which is where the seller DCS International Private Limited resides. Please contact them to get it sorted.

I don't know, it should work only if you are on Sri Lanka. Please raise a support ticket.
