Hello, I send the Internet from my phone to my laptop with a hotspot. Today, my internet is disconnected almost every hour and it reconnects by disabling the firewall.

I have cable internet and I have the same problem, version 16.2.13 does not solve the problem.

Interesting and weird at the same time. My internet connection with cable too. I just install this verision on one of my computers, but dont have a problem with the firewall. Only problem with pop up 'Buy License', but its gone after I switched to pre-release update channel.

Please carry on as follows:

  1. Enable advanced logging under Help and support -> Technical support
  2. Reboot the machine
  3. Reproduce the issue
  4. Stop logging
  5. Collect logs with ESET Log Collector and upload the generated archive here.
