Ok i found it but now its even worse. Every half hour the firewall blocks the entire internet and only a network card reset restores the internet. I want to download version 16.1.14 because in this version everything worked and use until you fix it. This is very annoying

EIS 16.2.13 did not solve the problem for me, still the firewall is not working properly blocking the internet access, where I can download version 16.1.14 64bit ?
