Mostafa Elkoumy 0 Posted August 3, 2023 Share Posted August 3, 2023 Hello there, I am a business customer of Eset Protect Cloud and ESET Cloud Office Security and as a part of our ISMS, We have some questions 1- Which Certificates does ESET hold (e.g. ISO27001)? 2- Where is the data located and what type of back up taken and when? 3- Information about SLA, emergency contact? 4- what is the shared responsibility model between ESET and their customers? 5- Where I can find my contractual agreement?
