Drive blocking

Hi. I use Memeo for a remote Hard Drive backup.

C Drive is seen in Memeo, and a full backup is regularly performed (to the remote USB G: Drive)

D Drive, although Explorer sees every folder, only shows 2 of 20 folders to Memeo.

Memeo asked me if an anti-virus (Eset) could be blocking full access to D Drive.

Any response would be appreciated

Does temporarily uninstalling ESET make a difference?
