Verification mail not Sent

I'm trying to add a new license and i never receive the verification mail.
Tried M365 mail and Google Workspace mail.
Every other other ESET mail is received.
It's 3 devices license for 1 year Internet security

The  verification email was sent to the license owner's email iXXo@pXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXs.gr which is different than your forum email. Is it yours actually? If not, you should contact the person who sold you the license.
