It's likely that you have fallen a victim to scam. What's your public license ID? (XXX-XXX-XXX)|
Where did you get or purchase the license from?

Please help, I also got Act.33 error code after reinstalling Windows.

It worked fine, I disconnected it from ESET Home page, then reinstalled Windows. Now I can't connect it back.

It still works on my other two machines.

Another license issued by DCS International Private Limited from Sri Lanka and restricted for use in this country.

We strongly recommend purchasing a license from an authorized ESET partner or distributor to avoid activation issues or falling a victim to scam.

Thank you for your respond, I will be more careful in the future.

But does this mean I can't activate my remaining license? ESET Home still shows two used and one available (the one I deactivated before reinstall)?
