I installed Smart Security Premium 16 on my laptop, a trial license, the signature database is not updated for several days. What should I do in this situation?

The log cannot be collected, the sysinspector gives an error.

Due to the fact that your given product is not able to protect the laptop, I removed it.

There could be a problem with the OS itself since ESET Log Collector did not run either. If you decide to troubleshoot the issue and run ESET Log Collector again, please provide collector_log.txt which should contain more information about the error.
