I buy license for more devices and I can´t use it on another devices only on one where I put it first. I even try to change mail for my coworker but still nothing. My license id: 3A7-ES2-TRM

I've made the necessary correction so you should be now able to add the license to your ESET HOME account without verification.
VSladka 0 Posted May 10, 2023 Author Posted May 10, 2023 Thank you, but it still show me that I need to do verification of my license. And when I try to add new device it show me: No license available to activate protection.

Administrators Marcos 5,736 Posted May 10, 2023 Administrators Posted May 10, 2023 OK, so you are probably using an ESET HOME account with email address [email protected] which is different than the license email address [email protected]. A verification email was sent to [email protected].
