I have added my license to https://home.eset.com/licenses. However, I cannot manage it, the confirmation e-mail does not come to my E-mail. On one computer, the license is activated, on the other, the activation threshold has been exceeded. I have a receipt and a card for this license. 

Public License ID: 3AV-96M-DUC

I have made several requests to technical support (e.g.: SR-372), but support cannot help me.
I also contacted the former distributor and seller - they also cannot help me.

I wrote to the seller, the seller recommended contacting Eset support.
I currently live and use a license outside of Russia.
