Scan without cleaning

Hello,

If I "right click" on a drive I get , among other options, "Scan without cleaning"

However, when the scan starts, the message says "Scan all local disks and clean threads"

 

Why clean when the option was without cleaning?

The button with text in gui is static and does not depend on settings. Moreover, the button has nothing to do with a scan run via the right-click menu.
