Filon 0 Posted February 28 Share Posted February 28 I've installed new eset protect va (vmware) couple of days ago. It worked fine and suddenly web console stopped working, can't find the page and HTTP ERROR 404 (it worked fine 2h ago). Management Console and Webmin are working fine, no errors. I restarted the server, restarted apache and nothing still error 404. Any idea what happened or where to look for cause. Administrators Marcos 4,908 Posted March 1 Administrators Share Posted March 1 You could start with checking Tomcat logs (/var/log/tomcat/) for a possible cause of the issue or re-deploy VA and migrate the db as per https://help.eset.com/protect_install/10.0/en-US/migrated_database_same_ip.html. Solution Filon 0 Posted March 1 Author Solution Share Posted March 1 I've submitted a ticket to eset. Got pretty quick answer. There was no folder era in /var/lib/tomcat/webapps/.
