Waiting status for new versions

Could there be more information on when new versions are released/applied using the "Auto-update" policy in the console and some sort of timeline regarding when the update will actually begin being pushed to associated clients? Having to log in repetitively just to see if anything has changed is cumbersome since it seems to take several weeks before updates are pushed.

Please elaborate more on what information you are after. When a new version of a product is released, we release the installers to the repository and download servers. Shortly before the release the program update (uPCU) is released to the pre-release update channel. About 2 weeks after the release we start gradually distributing the program update to users on the regular update channel provided no problems have been reported. After about 1 month after the release the program update is available to all users with auto update enabled.

For Business users, when we do receive the released version it would be helpful to know that our tenant is receiving the update via a notification or something instead of having to periodically log in to see if the number of computers in "waiting" status has decreased. Is there another method to track when new versions are released?

I have about 15 PCs out of 57 on the 10.x version which already upgraded to 10.0.2045.0

We didn't push them out manually, automatic upgrades are enabled. Must have been a quick one month because we already got that update 😅
