East has failed miserably, they must have sold out, no answers, no help and known vulnerabilities have yet to be addressed so I get this notification from eset, not Eder, saying suspicious login from phantom account and now I’ve lost everything it appears and no help from the ones who were supposed to be trusted.

You should never log into the phantom account. It's there for allow potential thieves to log in and report suspicious logins to you while limiting access to your files. Instead of the phantom account, you should always log into your personal account that requires a password.

If you don't want to use the phantom account and track your machine in case of a theft, disable Anti-Theft, e.g. via https://anti-theft.eset.com.

Thank you but I am aware, I think I mistated the issue somewhat. I cannot log into my account because they also got into it and changed the password then after my numerous attempts of getting back in the account disappeared, I only have a ghost account left, this appears to be a well known vulnerability with eset but I need help fixing it

You have the device marked as missing. If it hasn't been stolen or lost, make sure to disable the missing status by clicking I recovered my device:

I thought by marking it stolen it might show where someone was trying to log in from that hacked it, are you with west? If so why am I not getting any help at all to resolve my issue of no longer having my user name in my computer and why did earth allow the hack!?

By marking a device as missing you have blocked access to all but the phantom account. Please remove the missing state by selecting "I recovered my device" to restore access to your other accounts.
