No HIPS enable Option

Hello I have a really unusal issue on my ESET Endpoint Security.

 

Under Setup > Advanced Setup > Detection Engine > HIPS i have no option to activate HIPS

What could be here the issue?

I already tried to deinstall the Endpoint and the Agend und installed it fresh...

What could i try?

Okay i filtered only the HIPS stuff if you need more information let me know what excatly
