ESET Warnings

Greetings to all,
Currently I have 2 types of alerts on my ESET PROTECT with most of my devices the alerts are "The ESET Push Notification Service servers cannot be reached" and "Limited Direct Cloud connectivity", for the push notifications error make a change indicated in [ KB8207] but the alert continues, for the Limited connectivity error I can't find exactly where to open the port indicated in [KB332], could someone please help me with these errors

Please check if ekrn.exe is allowed to communicate with the Internet, especially on TCP & UDP port 53535 as per https://support.eset.com/en/kb332. Most likely a firewall or proxy server is blocking the communication.

If you are behind a firewall, you can try temporarily disabling it. If you connect through a proxy, try connecting directly just for a test.
