Renewal

I have attempted to renew my registration and it wont accept my credit card or Paypal.  (I have more than sufficient funds in both and yes I did check the numbers and confirm)

My registration expires on 31st January.  I received an email with a 'special' offer on 10th January but it was only valid until 10th January - this doesn't make sense?

Is there a problem with the system??

 

I don't want to use Auto renew as I like to take advantage of 'specials' etc and would like to know the price before renewing automatically.
