As far as restricting user web access capability that again can and should be restricted using Eset's Web Control feature:

Any algorythm that is checing for a blacklisted URLs can also create a log of requests for evaluation, basicaly creating a log of visited URLs.

 
How or exactly what part of ESET policy is stating that custommers will not be exposed to such behavior on ESET nor on COMPANY level using ESETS proprietary solutions? 
What policy rule is protecting custommers from such actions ?

Moreover, from Web Control requests it is not possible to determine the url even if the communication was eavesdropped by an attacker since only hashes are being sent and the communication is secured.
