Device control not working ?

Hi,

after using a "monitoring modus" for a while we are now in an active state, but some devices which are on the whitelist are still blocked :(

Are there any quickshots or additional logfiles to find the cause of this behavior? Or which information do you need to help me? :)

What "monitor mode" did you use for device control? I see no such mode.

Be sure all your allowed devices are above the block all devices rule.

Check if the user, manufacturer, model, serial number on the client logs under Tools > Log Files > Device Control matches your allow rules. We have some devices where additional spaces are added to the end of a name and we have to add these spaces to our rule too.
